Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through the pages of our on-line store, click on the 'buy now' button for any items that you wish to buy and this will automatically place them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few neccessary details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will receive an order acknowledgement/invoice from us once your order has been accepted.We accept all major credit and debit cards. We now also accept Paypal via the RBS Worldpay system. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, e-mail us with your requirements and we will calculate the costs including carriage for you. You may give your credit card information via phone, fax, normal mail or over the Internet. You may also pay by posting a cheque to our above address (please allow at least 7 days for clearance), just place your order and select 'Cheque Posted'. This ensures you order begins to be processed no matter what form of payment you are going to choose.PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY SHIP TO THE REGISTERED CARD ADDRESS UNLESS THE TRANSACTION IS VERIFIED BY VISA OR MASTERCODE SECURECODE.Manufacturers reserve the right to change specification without notice. | Shipping And Handling All of the prices quoted within this web site include VAT and free delivery except when they are below the value of £60.00 to any destination in the mainland UK. Orders below the minimum value will incur shipping costs of just £1.00 + VAT for mainland UK. For international deliveries click here Please check all items thoroughly upon receipt. All claims for transit/carrier damage must be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will not accept any claims of this nature after this period.Should you fail to be available to receive the goods we do reserve the right to charge you for additional carriage costs incurred. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order, if available from our stock, within 48 hours of receipt. When placing your order please enter any special requirements in the box provided. If an item is out of stock we will e-mail you and advise anticipated delivery. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item(s) for you. In the event of this happening, you will always be e-mailed with the option to reselect from an alternative product or cancel your order. |
| Tax Charges All orders are charged at the ruling UK VAT rate of 15% unless the goods are exempt. If you are outside of the EEC or from a tax exempt state our checkout should automatically correct the V.A.T. to compensate. |

Guarantee
All of our products come complete with manufacturers warranty/guarantee. Guarantee periods vary by product. If you require further information about a specific item please do not hesitate to contact us.Should your product develop a fault within 14 days of delivery please contact us by phone on 01243 868666 or by e-mail on sales@guitarandampshop.co.uk and we will organise for the item to be repaired or replaced. Should the product develop a fault after 14 days of delivery you will be covered by the manufacturers guarantee where applicable and appropriate action will be taken. We will generally uplift any product with a Manufacturing Defect at our (MB Music) expense within a 3 Month Period. After this period, you will be responsible for the cost of the return. |

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel any purchase if you notify us in writing within seven days of receipt of the goods. This can be done by e-mail to this site or by letter to our above contact address. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. (In the case of software the original plastic wrapping must be fully intact.) You will be responsible for the costs incurred for the return of the goods. Card payments will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received and checked back at our store. In the event of a cancellation we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the credit card handling amount charged to us by Worldpay. |
